Our goal is to provide our customers with the most value. That does not always mean the lowest price or the shortest lead time, although you will find plenty of examples of Premier providing those. We want to gain the trust of everyone we do business with, from employees to suppliers to customers. How do we do it? Our brand promise speaks to our method, and what you can expect when you partner with Premier.

Premier develops working relationships with its customers. Trust cannot happen overnight, and we break the mold of the traditional customer-supplier (transactional) relationship to provide ongoing interactions that improve the effectiveness of both parties. Our promise is treating customers with upright integrity and mutual respect–the foundation of a right relationship.


Part of the relationship-building process involves asking questions to fully understand the goals of every project. When mutual trust exists, these questions can reveal nuances that help Premier improve end results. We promise to clearly define ‘success’ for every project by asking the right questions.

Projects often miss the mark when they get off track. Many times, in retrospect, one can see that the project was heading the wrong direction from the beginning. By working closely with our customers on an ongoing basis, we become closely linked with their goals and values and can better develop the right solution for any project. We promise to help our customers develop the right solutions through careful planning and execution, through the entire product cycle.
